    Thank you all, for your lovely comments, I don’t have the recipe, and because of the respect I have for my mum-in-law and her culinary skills, I dare not even attempt to make this- it came out perfect- perfectly round and flat on top, not even a tiny piece missing from the sides when it came out of the oven. I wonder if I can replicate such a beauty; but I shall ask her for the recipe. best wishes, shayma
